Leg Press 3x8
Bench Press 3x8
Standing Military Press 3x8
Weighted Dips 3x8
Weighted Crunches 3x10


Pull
DB Deadlifts 3x8
Bent over BB Rows3x8
Pullups 3x8
Leg Curl 3x8
Back Extensions 3x10



I alternate between the two Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Sets sure is PART of the thing that causes muscle growth.

Honestly, templates like that you need some more volume once you becom...

I do 3x8 on most everything.

obviously if you are only going to do 3 sets you need to make those 3 ...

yes make sure you at least double those sets so you can overtrain and ...

If this is a program designed to KEEP you in shape them maybe it is ok...

Well - a good barometer is if you are able to get stronger and better ...

Unforunately, I can't do barbell squats and deads due to back problems...

yeah i would replace legpress with squat and leg curls with stiff leg ...

Tolerance to workload is very individual.
