Alright basically they are all in my legs so far, My hip flexors both of them are always tight and do not loosen up even when squatting and warmed up, Another that was an issue in my 7th workout for me and training buddy was our knees were sore and the squats didnt hit the spot.....

Problems:
Tight and sore hip flexors
Left Knee is killing me when I squat (on mondays lift I did not feel the squats in my leg muscles)

Information I am doing Olympic Style Squats or ass to grass squats.

Is there anything you guys can suggest or has anyone had similar experience? Also do you think that over time the problems will just sort of fade away?
