Alright everyone, I need some solid opinions here.

Here's a short history of me. I'm 5-11", 190lbs. I have toothpick genetics, it took me a long time to hit 190 and A LOT of food plus working out of course.
Problem is I gained a lot more fat than muscle unfortunately. I'm 20%BF, most of it is on my stomach.

I'm going away in a mth and I need some opinions so I can look a bit better

My goal was to bulk in the 200's and then tone down. For the mth of August, I want to change that. I want to try and gain a bit of size and get rid of my stomach. I think it's doable b/c of my genetics.

Currently ( I sort of messed up my rotator and left leg) so I had to change my schedule up large just so I can keep going to the gym. The rotator only bugs me when doing chest so I put chest and legs on the same day and do very very light weights b/c they're both ****ed up right now.
The other 2 days - I do back and bi's, 2nd day is shoulders and tris, forearms.
So thats 3 days in total.

I do no cardio and no abs b/c I hit the gym after a graveyward shift and im dead tired and just want to go home once im done my main workout.

So basically what I was planning on doing is eat more so I can keep my size or possible gain some mass, do half an hr cardio after every workout (mostly run on the treadmill) do abs before the cardio and make a day 4 and just do cardio, calves and abs on that day (maybe an hr of cardio)

What do you guys think about the above? pls no flamming, only helpful posts
