I'd like to cut back on the days I'm training by condensing my 4 day workout schedule into 3 full body workouts. Is this a bad idea? I am only looking to maintain the muscle I have built.

Here is my current schedule
Mon-Legs, Back, Shoulders
Tues-Chest, Biceps, Triceps
Weds- 45 minutes treadmill
Thurs-same as Mon
Fri-same as Tues, 45 minutes treadmill
Sat-OFF
Sun-45 minutes treadmill

I've made some substantial gains doing this 4 day plan, but I need to manage my time better. Are full body workouts 3 days a week enough or is it crap? please advise!
