how many sets should I do per body part or exc??? and I should stick to the compunds right?
and what do you think about this routine?
upper- sunday, wednesday
lower - monday, thursday


upper

BB flat bench - 8,6,4
BB incline bench - 8,6,4
Millitery press - 10,8,6
BB upright row - 8,6,4
BB bench row - 8,6,4
BB shrugs - 10,8,6,4 just because I love this exc'

lower

squats - 5X5-10
deads - 5X5
calf raise - 5X5-12
weighted dips (Tri's) - 8,6,6
close grip bench - 8,6,6
BB curls - 10,8,6
cheat BB curls - 10,8,6
