Hey guys, for the last 2-3 weeks I have been Making mad gains. Not only do I Train hard, but I eat hard as well. This eating has become a bit of a problem for me, albeit a minor one.

My Diet: 4 meals a day. Lots of eggs, red meat, chicken breast, salmon, Milk, Peanuts/Peanutbutter, (I do not keep a calorie count although I should start). Alot of my eating happens after my daily workout.
Supplimenting with 3 Whey Shakes a day (24g per shake) and Creatine Monohydrate.

Im at the gym 6 days a week on a 3-day split routine. Im not doing any cardio atm.

In the last week especially, I have been eating quite a bit.

While I have been making gains ive also noticed a little bit of pudge forming on my stomach. Is their anyway to minimize this while still making as much gain as possible. Some people have told me to shun cardio all together when trying to gain lean muscle. I have no idea.


Any help would be appreciated, My appologies for the noobish question.
