should i workout my bi and tris once or twice a week? i train them with chest and this is how it goes, 2 warmup sets of flatbench then 5 sets of flatbench, then 3 sets incline bench then one set of flatbench flyes. for biceps its 4 sets of standing barbell curls swiching grips, then 2 sets dumbell curls then one set of reverse grip cabel curls. for triceps its 2 sets of something like skull crushers, or close grip bench press then 2 sets of something like rope pushdows or bar pushdowns, then one set of somthing like kickbacks or benchdips to finish off. this usually takes arout 40 min. i want to keep it short but it is intense.
