Just started working out regularly..Very Small about 5'9 135...Trying to get muscle and not just fat...getting roughly 4000 calories daily with weight gainers and other meals....Just not sure what kinda workouts, how often would provide most benefit...Any help would be appreciated..been wanting to do it for years, I finally got motivated by myself..Just wanna do it the right way
