I'm by no means an expert, whatsoever but I thought this would be a solid routine to follow up after I complete my Ripptoe's routine. I took alot of views from the already existing programs and I want your opinion on how solid this is, im more concerned with strength gains than mass gains.

Workout A:
Squat 3x5
Seated Calf Raise 2x8
EZ Bar Curl 3x8
Seated Cable Rows 3x5
Deadlift 1x8 / Power Clean 2x8 (alternate each workout)
Weighted Decline Sit-Ups 2x8
Leg Raises 2x8

Workout B:
Barbell Bench Press 3x5
Incline Bench 3x5 / Bodyweight Dips 2x8 (alternate each workout)
Standing Military Press 3x5
Tricep Cable Pushdowns 2x10
Lunges 3x6
Leg Extensions 2x10
Weighted Decline Sit-Ups 2x8
Leg Raises 2x8



Monday: Workout A
Tuesday: Cardio 1
Wednesday: Workout B
Thursday: Cardio 2
Friday: Workout A
Saturday: Cardio 3
Sunday: Off
*Then Workout B will fall on monday

Cardio 1: 1 mile run / half-mile warm down walk
Cardio 2: Quarter-mile warm up / hill sprints / half mile jog
Cardio 3: Sprint Session
