Here is my weekly work-out schedule (Cardio is always done on the eliptical):
Mondays, wednesdays, and saturdays:
*20 minutes of cardio on level 7
*10-15 minutes of weight lifting on the back, abdominals and arms
*Another 10 minutes of level 7 cardio
Tuesdays, thursdays and sundays:
*20 minutes of eliptical level 6
*10-15 minutes of leg weights
*Another 10 minutes of cardio level 6
*At home, I do 30 reps of twisty sit up things.
Fridays: off day/ cheat day

My questions are: Does it matter when you work out, or does it just matter that you work out in general? I work out mostly in the morning before eating, but sometimes I change it up and go in the afternoon. Is the above a good workout schedule?
