Is 14 reps, 3 sets, 3 exercises too much for biceps?

i do concentration curls, incline curls and hammer curls, i go down a weight each set. My biceps havent grown for a long time im just wondering if its too much... thanks

try to do more compound exercises i.

do bb and db curls, reduce the sets to around 5-6, and the reps to aro...
