I've been off for a while and I'm trying to evolve a good new routine. I started a few weeks ago with basics, and now I would like to take things to the next level. I would really appreciate ANY feeback on my proposed plan. I would like to start in a week or so. Thanks in advance!
Day 1: Chins, BO Row, DB Row, BO Laterals, Shrugs BB Curl, Incline DB Curl, Hammer Curl Day 2: Off
Day 3: Full Squat, Deadlift, Wrist Curl, Rev Wrist Curl, Plate Grip
Day 4: Bench Press, Slight Incline DB Bench (~15 deg.), BA Pullover or SA Pullover, Military press, DB Press, Close grip BP, Reg or Rev Grip Pulldowns or Skull Crushers
Day 5: Good Mornings, DB Side Bend Crunch
Day 6: Leg Ext, Leg Curl, Calf Raise (various)
Day 7: Off
