I am just starting the 2x10's and I might have gone a bit heavy on my claculations. I am wondering how close one shoudl come to failure. Should I be hitting it by the 5th workout of the 10's? Or should I never quite get to failure? Or should I just do as many reps as I can and stop 1 set shor of failure even if I don't reach 10 reps on both sets?

I am a failure junky, so I want to make sure I am not sabotaging myself here.
