Hey all. Im confused ive been working out pretty hard for the last YEAR! and i have made in my opinion no gains. Im still the same weight and i dont feel that i look good. The only thing i have going for me is that i got stronger but i want to get bigger. I am 6'6" 200lbs and thats pretty thin, but luckily im big boned. I have a slight belly and slight man boobs but over all skinny legs and 14inch flexed biceps.

i was wondering what could have caused this to happen. help please.
