Hey guys I wanted to post my workout plan to see what u thought about it. My biggest concern is that I might be overtraining, but other then that I feel that it is pretty sound.

1st Day: Chest,tri 3miles walking
2nd Day: Back, Bi 3miles walking
3rd Day: Legs, Shoulders 3miles walking
4th Day: rest 3miles walking
Repeat cycle 5th day

So I am working out 6 out of 8 days and walking everyday.
What do you guys think?

Also I am not walking directly after working out but rather spacing it throughout the day.
