First off my problem. I droped from 297lbs to 180 lbs over the corse of a year and 4 months all with just diet and basic exersice like walking and light workouts with a bowflex I bought.

About a year ago I got a gym membership and did research on weight training and started to build muscle mass. I have seen huge gains in my strengh. I am happy with the size im at now from the size I was. And I can tell I have alot of muscle on me. my only problem is I cant see any of it cause aparently I still have 20% body fat.

I have 2 months before my wedding and honeymoon so i really want to focus ALOT of energy on loosing the pesky bodyfat which seems to be looming around my waist. I have gone nearly 7 months without loosing any weight even tho im building muscle.

I do hardly any cardio now. Maybe just 2 hours a week spread throughout the week. BUt I am in the gym every day doing weights for abotu 40 mins a day. Since thats all the time I have for in a day. And No time to do anything on the weekends.

Anyone have any ideas /supplements that I can take to loose the annoying body fat around my waist. Should I just do 40 mins of cardio a day every day and forget weights? I dont want to loose any of the muscle mass Ive gained. Any help is greatful.
