I have had some NPB's lately. Some are newbies who just don't understand that it costs me money out of pocket to list on eBay. Some just change their minds. My solution: I have offered to cancel their transaction (i.e. not file an NPB against them and cause them a strike) if they will pay for my fees and time. I only charge them $3. In October, I had 2 different NPBs pay me a total of $24.

Would eBay frown on this??
