My girlfriend's sister just delivered a baby by c-section 2 months ago. She's heavier than she's ever been in her life and wants to start working out. My question is what kind of lifting programs are appropriate for someone who recently had that procedure? She asked my advice and I told her to stick to low impact cardio until she talks to her doctor. Any suggestions?
