ive just started working out again within the last few weeks and i was just wondering if anyone thinks this is a good program to start out on. one problem ive had is that my upper body workouts seem a little long and my lowers are a little short. is there anything i should change with this routine:

Mon: upper
Tue: lower
Wed: off
Thur: upper
Fri: lower
Sat/Sun: off

Mon/Thur
Bench 4x6
Military press 4x6
Bent over BB row 4x6
BB curl 3x8
Lying triceps extension 3x8
Crunches 2x25

Tue/Fri
Squat 4x6
Deadlift 4x6
Standing calf raise 3x8

I was thinking of taking out the tricep extensions on the upper and maybe adding a leg curl on the lower, but not sure if thats necessary. any help is greatly appreciated.
