I'm currently doing a 4 day split and I work out monday-thursday. Then I take off friday-sunday and back to the gym on monday. I do 25 mins of cardio (jogging on the treadmill at 5 mph) everyday immediately after I work out. The reason I only go at 5 mph is because I know that post workout you're not supposed to do high intensity cardio.

So basically I do cardio 4 days a week too. Now would you guys just do that or would you add some cardio on friday and/or saturday? If so, normal or HIT? Or should I just take those 3 days completely off and rest up for monday?
