Well recently Ive had such lack of motivation it ain't funny. As pathetic as it sounds, Ive been binging like a pig lately. Or atleast I think I have been.

My stats are as followed, I'm 16 years of age, roughly 5'6'' 130 lbs. My body fat % is currently unknown But Im certain to get a fat caliper and figure it out. It's been said by displaying my pictures that I'm around 10-12% BF. Others say I'm scrawny as **** and I should bulk but at the moment I dont have the necessary equipment, and money to do so.

Well I'm going to explain whats happened to me in the past few weeks. Before 2 weeks ago, Ive been super strict about what I ate. No cheat meals at all, nada single thing, maybe fat free/sugar free pudding here and there but nothing that didnt have protein in it didnt get inserted into my mouth. So...on a friday night I went to the store and they were closing, and I happened to notice they had ice cream on sale. Well, after reading up on a Cheat Meal Contest thread here in these BB.com forums, I decided to try it out......So when I got home I basically ate the entire half gallon. Boy was I pissed as **** at myself, and to top it off the next day I decided to eat a few packs of sugar free reesee cups. Well this was the first part of my binge on this weekend...Because the next day Id have to go to my friends B-day party, where me and some friends attacked this cookie cake...and to top it off I basically had a 4 day binge on anything I could grab. This was the start of my downfall which brings me here today. Well after the weekend binge, I got myself back on track for the following week...until this weekend rolled in, where I decided to yet again purchase another half gallon of ice cream. I didnt plan on eating the entire thing, but my Dad seemingly pissed me the **** off by introducing and gettin me involved with this guy that REALLY pissed me off...and I just binged, eating the entire half gallon. Yeah I felt disturbed after, and the following day I decided to hit the track and run 6 miles.

And what brings me here to top it off, tonight I binged yet again. I happened to make a fat free/sugar free pudding Pie and I ate the entire thing tonight...topping off at around 1600 calories. I was so frustrated I cant even put it into words, when my dad approached me Id just look away as if I were disgusted. I believe I have an eating disorder or some type of shit.. I mean, my mom and dad dont even support me, and never once have. They think im too strict with what I eat. And I happen to be the leanest/skinniest in the family, while I watch everybody else gourge down trans fat and grease..it sickens me, I refuse to eat what they do.

So today, Im going to try and get my ass back on track. No more binging, I need motivation, so any advice from you fellow BB'ers would be great. I apolagize if I sound like an idiot of any kind, but I really wanna live a healthy lifestyle and NOT turn back into the fat slob that I used to be a few years ago.

Since its 4:30 am here, Im gonna catch some Zzz's and later on post up my work out routine and what I plan on doing. Some thoughtful advice for when I wake up would be wonderful, thanks.
