I don't know how long eBay has had the 'Compare' button on the search pages, but I just noticed it. Tried a few comparisons and was both impressed and, at the same time, a little taken back.

It may be a good tool for buyers but it could be a disaster for sellers, especially those selling items that are in high competition areas of the category listings.

What's eBay trying to do now, turn into another comparison shopping machine? If they really want to play fair, why don't they list their competitors in the 'comparison' results, instead of just our competitors. I guess they don't care if it takes money out of our pockets, as long as it stays in eBay's pockets.

Anyone have any opinions on this besides me?. . . visit our continual online yard sales ... ... click here!
