Alright well I finally decided to start a very detailed log for constructive criticism,motivation,and a progress chart.

Age:16
Weight:140
Height:5',5"
Bodyfat Percentage:11.3%
Bodytype:Endomorphic/Mesomorphic(more endo then meso)
Training type:HST
Maitenance Calories:1750

Measurements(flexed)
Chest:38”
Arms L/R:13.25”/13.5”(Need improvement)
Legs L/R:23”/23”
Calves L/R:15/15

Goals:My Long term goal is to by the end of my bulk be up to approxiamtly 170 pounds or more.My short term goal is to be about 145 by september and be approxiamatly 150 by october.I also want to retain some leanness but if I get to 16% I will stop bulking and go to cutting...but hopefully that won't happen.

Diet
Meal 1:2 eggs and 2 pieces of toast with pb or unsweetened jam
Meal 2:Milk+fruit
Meal 3:Sandwich or pasta with tuna or lean meat
Meal 4:Protein shake w/Fruit
Meal 5:High carb high protein meal
Meal 6:Protein shake w/2 cups of milk
(Anator p70 on workout days)

Supplements
Whey
Multi(Currently finishing my animal pak)
Creatine Ethyl Ester
Six grams of fish oils each day
Anator p70

Also just on a note I messed up my right foot lately and have not been able to train them for approxiamtly...4 ish weeks.I've used light excercises to keep them in shape,basically just leg curls and leg extensions but I havn't done any squats or deads.Well,I hope to see some people and hopefully everything goes good and I hope everyone enjoys the journal.
