I was planning bulk all year, I started in February and work with Derek Charlebois the past two months (June and July) for size and muscle, in February weight was 150 pounds and finish in July 166 pounds but 10 pounds was under Derek Charlebois diet and workout.

I change my mind after read the Game Over Book and decided to start a cut diet and training based on the Game Over book by Chuck Rudolph ,Marc Lobliner and Derek Charlebois. I will post pictures for the progress.
