History - I was always the fat kid growing up. At the end of high school I was a huge 315 lbs. I finally decided to make some changes in my life and over the past two and a half years I have lost 125 lbs.

Now I have been cutting for all that time, a lot of it was done wrong, and I have slowly been educating myself over the past 2ish years on this forums, learning the right way to do things. I realized that it is finally time for me to start bulking. Regardless of if its loose skin, badly spaced out fat, or I just have been cutting for too long I am having a very hard time making progress.
Current Stats - 6' 2" 192 lbs 12ish% bf Deadlift - 340 Squat - 310 Bench - 240
I more or less attempted to start my bulk last week, however I wasn't eating enough calories, so I ended up not really making any progress. I am of course afraid of gaining weight, because its against the mindset I have had for the past few years, so it is a struggle. I have upped my calories again for the week so my diet now looks like this.
79g fat, 375g carbs, 284g protein, 3400 calories
Goals - Hit 200 lbs Do not go over 15% bf Dead 375, Squat 350, Bench 275 to become part of the 1,000 club Actually throw up or pass out one time from a legs day workout (more of a fun goal, since you always hear people talk about it, but it has never actually happened to me before.)
I go back to school in 6 weeks, so I would like to hit those marks by then.
My long-term goal is to be 215 lbs with singe digit bf%, however that is quite a while away yet.
I've decided to do this journal to help keep track of my progress, to help motivate myself, and as other journals have done for me to possibly help provide motivation for others.
