hey guys im 16 years old 6' 170 and this is my first time posting my workouts and diet so be patient lol

Goals: gain lean body mass [ get up to about 180- 185]

Here is my workout split

Monday Chest abs
dp press 3x10
incline db press 3x5
decline db press 3x8-10 [ i do db because of baseball]
Reverse crunch 3 15
assisted leg pushes 3 10
Kneeling cable crunches 3 10

Tuesday Back biceps
Bb row 3 8-10
cable row 3 10
w.g pulldown 2 8-10
e.z curl 3 5
seated alternating curl 3 10

Wednesday leg calves
squat 3 10
leg press 3 10
ham raise 3 15
press calve raise 3 10
barbell calve raise 3 10

Thursday Shlds Chest
bb shoulder press 3 10
seated front raise 3 10
seated shoulder press 3 10
incline bench press 3 6-8

Friday Arms abs
