Ok a little introduction about me.. Im a decent sized guy and I have recently lost about 30 FAT pounds but maintained the same weight by including a pretty high protein diet.

Im on a mission to drop the excess weight around the midsection...

My actual diet and kick a$$ workout plan will start on Tuesday night.

Softball season is over Monday and I have to go for the end of the season bash we always have.

Im a large frame with small wrists and ankles so pick a body tye.

Currently i am 6'1 about 243. Pretty athletic build just a little heavier than I would like to be..

I can bench about 330 and curl 130 so I think im fairly strong..

My diet is kind of shaky at the moment.. Im eating about 3 times a day and supplimenting with protein as often as possible..

Im trying to keep my strength and lose fat.. is this a possibility.. pics and measurements to come over the weekend.
