Wednesday: Deltoids,trapezoids,tricep Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday Cardio: Recumbent bik 4-5 times weekly of interval training 20-40 minutes depending on intensity allowed by body on that day. if it is a 20 minute day i shall keep heart and pace up high to raise metabolic rate. on 40 minute days i will still keep pace but have more steady sessions abdominals,forearms,calves will be placed on random days when i see which sessions are not as long Nutrition: intended food procedur all the healthy foods i dont need to repeat them at best ( it is holidays now ) i would like to have a proper breakfast and a smaller supper eggs with chicken in morning, chicken again 2-3 hours later, meats or tuna,workout,supper usually incorporates carbohydrates along with my protein shake which is low carb. vegetables and good fats incorporated as much as possible.
