Hello folks this is my new journal and my 100% focused path to being lean, cut and most of all healthy. i have been doing very well gaining much muscle and mass for a long time now but this is the time when for the first "true" time in my life i want to be shredded as much as i can be
i have also decided this change in mindset of health before mass because of a change in heart which has dragged me out of my lonely broken dumps which i was heading in and what was stressing me sub-consciously. i want to feel sexy is that too much to ask
no i do not want to lose any muscle because that is the opposite of what i am striving for. i did not deadlift or squat till puking to look like any other scrawny A-hole i know.( not saying all ecto's are as such but many are. ) im keeping my stats while reducing the negatives which is bodyfat.

to be honest i do not always use my supplements but when i do i make sure to use them effectively i will get better with this
i would like to use a stimulant again like primaforce thermal rage which is pretty darn cool.
Goals
to stay at current dimensions regarding muscular build, with any size coming off from fat. improve health and cardiac ability. if i can be honest vascularity, abdominals, definition and aesthetically pleasing curves
how this is planned
Training: instinctive, i just had camp for three days and have come back so i will have a schedule by tomorrow or soon. dont think for a second im going to let my body relax hell no its going to be pushed,shoved,broken im tired of ****ing stay where i am with regards to bodyfat.
Wednesday: Deltoids,trapezoids,tricep

Cardio: Recumbent bik
4-5 times weekly of interval training 20-40 minutes depending on intensity allowed by body on that day. if it is a 20 minute day i shall keep heart and pace up high to raise metabolic rate. on 40 minute days i will still keep pace but have more steady sessions
abdominals,forearms,calves will be placed on random days when i see which sessions are not as long
Nutrition: intended food procedur
all the healthy foods i dont need to repeat them
at best ( it is holidays now ) i would like to have a proper breakfast and a smaller supper
eggs with chicken in morning, chicken again 2-3 hours later, meats or tuna,workout,supper usually incorporates carbohydrates along with my protein shake which is low carb. vegetables and good fats incorporated as much as possible.
I AM NOT counting macros as it is impossible for me i apologise to those obsessed with those numbers
water intake: 5 litres+ in a jug
