ok i've finally decided to start a workout journal, which will hopefully help me keep track of my progress. i plan on starting rippetoe's next week and probably continue that for the next 3 months. i hope to gain serious mass and strength - as i've heard alot of good things about the program.

my stats are:
5'4 155lbs

main lifts:
bb bench - 205 around april/may
db bench - 70's for 8
squat - rep 150ish for 8 (atg), hope to work alot harder on this
deadlift - rep 210 for 7-8, hopefully i'll be able to increase by ~5lbs per week?

anyways, i'll update this on monday, and hopefully after every following workout.
i plan to do m/w/f. before i'd been following a 5-day split, but we'll see how this rippetoe's works out for me.

well i just got back from the gym, doing my first day of rippetoes.

ok my first day trying out "workout B" and my first time eve...

well today i was in a rush, so i didnt get to do situps/hypers or dips...

just got back from the gym.

workout A squats: 3x5 - 160lbs - felt pretty good after the first set...

ok just got back, it was a crazy day.

ok i just decided to add in some low-intensity cardio on tues/thurs.
