Hey guys hows it going? I though i would start me a journal so i can remember all my lifts and keep track of my progress.
The Workout Day1-Chest, shoulders, Biceps
Day2-Legs
Day3-Back,Traps,Triceps.
I workout on Monday, Wensday, Friday, and Saturday. I also go to karate for 3 hours on Tuesday,Thursday, and Sunday. I run 1 mile on lifting days.
The stats and food.
Height:6'3'' Weight: 210-ish(will get exact weight tommorow morning). BF: Unknown for now. No calipers. Chest:43 1/2 Arms: 15 forearms: 12 Waist: 35 -36 Quads: 22 1/2 Calf:16
I eat 3500-4000 calories.I would like 4500,but i can only get down 3500-4000 before my mom gets all bitchy at me for eating all the food. I eat 90% clean and dirty once or twice a week.
The supplements Cytosport Whey Concentrate Multi-Vitamin Flaxseed oil Capsules Micronized Creatine Monohydrate
I take the whey in the morning, Post-workout, and Before i go to bed. Multi-vitamin with breakfast. 1 Flaxseed oil cap. with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Starting creatine for the first time tommorow. Im going to do the loading phase for5 days. 4 5g servings a day for 5 days, then after that once in the morning and once pre-workout.
Well this should be fun!
