I have gotten a little off track lately, and today, came to the realization that I need to compete this next year.
I have been pushing myself hard, dieting mostly on and off for the last 3 or so years, and I need a date/event to focus on to take myself to the next level.
I also need to take the rest of the year to bulk and give my body a break.

I am a meso-endomorphic, so I can pack the food away when I am not dieting. And started today:

coffee

Meal 1: 8:00 AM
1 c oats
10 egg whites
2 egg yolks
multi

venti coffee

Meal 2: 11:00 AM
1 c brown rice
grilled chicken breast

Meal 3: 2:00 PM
1 c brown rice
grilled chicken breast

Meal 4: 4:00 PM
Chipotle fully-loaded steak burrito

Meal 5: 6:15 PM
Martini Beach chicken tenders w/basket fries/ranch dressing&ketchup

Meal 6: 8:15 PM
El Pollo Loco Twice Grilled burrito
diet Coke

Snack: 9:30 PM
bag popcorn
