So, I just finished the second run of 5x5 with good results.
Last week was my second week of deload and this week I'll start my new routine.

Some stats: 32 years old, 101Kg. been lifting on and of for about 8 years.

I'm going to use at least the 4 first workouts to find a reasonable starting weight on all exercises, and after that follow a planned progression.
Day 1 (all weights in Kg. to convert multiply by 2.2)

CGBP 85x3,80x3x3
Chins (narrow curlgrip) BWx6x6x6
Incl. db. bench 30x6x6x6(too light)
Widegrip bent rows 60x5x5x5 (with full deload, too light)
Seated dumbell extensions 30x10x10 (two hands, one dumbell
Seated laterals 8x10x10

Big change from the 5x5, I actually got a pump. Felt good
