Hi, everyone.

First of all, I want to apologize for all the grammar and spelling mistakes that I might make. English isn't my native language and I've never been to any English speaking country to practice it. Secondly, we use metric system here in Russia, so numbers might be quite odd sometimes. I'll be converting them in pounds. Thirdly, I have some problems with my lower back, so normally I don't do deadlifts, squats and so on. I also love flat bb bench press and I'm not going to give up doing it. It works quite well for me anyway. So don't bash me for it, lol.

I'm 6'2 ft, ~187 lbs, I don't know my %bodyfat, but it can't be too high. I'm pretty lean, naturally. I've been working out for almost two years now, but I pretty much wasted the first year and a half. I didn't eat properly and so on. I think, I've only gained around 27 lbs since I started.

Here's my current routine. Still doing fine adjustments to it, though.

1. Flat Barbell Bench Press: 5*5.
2. Seated Military Press: 3*8.
3. Leg Press: 4*8.
4. Leg Extensions: 3*10.
5. Lying Leg Curls: 3*10.
6. Calf-Raises: 3*12.

I do the military press on a slight incline to lower the stress on the lower back.

1. Chin-Ups: 5*5.
2. Seated Cable Rows: 5*5.
3. Lat Shrugs (In a dip station): 3*10.
4. Rack Pulls: 3*10.
5. One Arm Side Cable Lateral Raises: 4*10.
6. Pull-Ups: 1 set until failure.

I'm not sure about doing Rack Pulls yet. I did them yesterday for the first time and they felt great, but I'm worried for my lower back. I guess, I'll give 'em a try and see how it goes.

1. Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 5*5.
2. Close-Grip Bench Press: 4*6.
3. Dips: 4*8.
4. Leg Press: 4*8.
5. Calf-Raises: 3*12.

Maybe I'll throw some more leg exersises here, I don't know yet.

2. Dumbbell Rows: 5*5.
3. Shrugs: 3*10.
4. Biceps Curls (scott): 4*8.
5. One Arm Side Cable Lateral Raises: 4*10.

There are a lot of 5*5 movements and it might seem to much but it's been working great for me so I don't want to change anything yet. But I will defenitely give this heavy-day/light-day thing a shot eventually.

As for my diet, I don't really have one. I just eat as much of good food as I can. The only supplement I use is protein powder (Prolab, the best I can buy here).
