Okay after cutting down quite a bit, its back to bulking. I'm alot leaner now, despite my injuries/vacations I had while cutting. With that being said Its time for some long ass bulking again.
This whole bulk I shall keep one journal. My training shall keep varying though.
For the next 4 weeks, I shall continue to train the way I did when I was cutting. I still have a little muscle and strength I need to get back from my injuries and vacationing, so I figure this will be a good and fast way to go about it. On top of that, Im bulking now, so I will gain at a fast pace, and get back to where I was in nowhere, Im thinking around 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks most, and the 4th week will be used to actually start gaining "real" muscle and strength.
After that, my schedule will look like this: 12 weeks of TP-PT (http://www.avantlabs.com/magmain.php...=19&pageID=249) 8 weeks of Dogcrapp Training (http://www.intensemuscle.com/showthread.php?t=724) 8 weeks of HST (www.hypertrophy-specific.com) 8 weeks of Westside Barbell Training (http://elitefts.com/documents/9week-...ng-program.htm)
If I get real great results, I will probably prolong the program. Also, if Beast Training 1.0 comes out, I will do that as well.
My diet will vary also with the workouts, but that will be elaborated more upon when the time comes.
So for the next 4 weeks, heres how my schedule is going to look:
TRAINING: Monday: Upperbody Strength Tuesday: Lowerbody Strength Wednesday: Rest Thursday: Upperbody Hypertrophy Friday: Lowerbody Hypertrophy Saturday and Sunday: Rest
DIET: 3000 calories, 200 grams protein, high carbs, moderate fat
SUPPLEMENTS: EAS Whey Protein 2 fishoil 1 Multi-vitamin 1 Multi-mineral 200 IU Vitamin E 500 mg Vitamin C
I also took some measurements (in the attachment). From what I can see, I got some work to do, lost a bit too much muscle from the time off and injuries, although as I said earlier it should all come back in no time.
