My username Khocha is just a nickname my family calls me by sometimes. I prefer to be called haider but the username was being used already. Anyway, heres a little background on me. I have been working out on and off for about a year. In this time span i have gone from being 119 pounds to 150 right now(waist has also gone up 2-3 inches ). The frist couple of months of weight training were spent experimenting with my own ideas until i found max-ot online.
Subsequently, i followed the max-ot program for a couple of months. i really liked max-ot because i like to lift heavy and hate to count my reps. I finally came out of the "max-ot brainwashed" state of mind, and started doing HST. My results from HST were great to say the least. My program was setup real shitty but i still managed to gain a lot-both strength and size. Then i decided to get on a strength training routine(again a real shitty one) because there was supposed to be a powerlifting comp. coming up in late february which never took place a my college gym. Now i have decided to get back on HST, to gain strength and size. I'm convinced that HST principles, if applied correctly,are optimal for strength gains.
I am on no set diet regimen. Frankly, i dont have the money or desire to follow a good diet. I dont even spend money to be in a gym, screw dieting. About the only thing i spend money on is ON's whey protein. My diet, simply, consists of eating a lot of clean food(mom cooks good food ), and also some junk food here and there. Im growing without a set diet. Why fix something that aint broke? Gaining or loosing weight is real easy for me. Really, all i do to loose weight is incorporate cardio and stop eating junk food. The wieght goes off REAL FAST.
Anyways, here are my stats: Age: 17 Bodyweight: 68 kg or 150 pounds. Heigt: 5' 5 Bench: 170 x 5 Squat: 225 x 5 Deadlift: 295 x 4-5(dont remember, havent done 'em in a long time)
My HST programs starts tomorrow at about 11: 45 a.m. Expect to see it in writing by 4-5 pm. Im off to bed folks! Thanks!
