Would anyone know of web pages which document the history of Lloyd's eBay Insurance program? A search on Google only produces an endless stream of pages from 1999 announcing the start of this program. Some early foggy information I have is:

This program was started in 1999, 2000 (?).

Insurance forms were initially mailed directly to a Lloyd's mailing address (I know this is right because I attempted to file a claim back then, only to have Lloyds ignore all emails and never answer my claim - I guess it was one of those many claims "lost in the mail").

Closure of Lloyd's Insurance (?); not sure about this one as I have 2 main rumors/stories: (a) Lloyd's discontinued its coverage as eBay started to provide its own insurance program; OR (b) Lloyds is still the underwriter of the insurance, but forms are mailed to a eBay mailing address and emails are sent to a eBay email address.
