Age 20 Male weight 230lb

Hi everyone, im starting a workout journal to keep track of my progress aimed at improving general health. Im not going to be following a complex program with any kind of time table or phases. I will not be micro managing my diet or experimenting with any supplements beyond standard whey protein. My routine will be strength training, with emphasis on legs, supplemented with low intensity cardiovascular training.
