Ok first off a little info. I'm new to body building, i'm trying to do a clean bulk with some dirty tossed in. I came up with own routine and yes i know i shouldnt do this since i'm a beginner and many of you will say it'll be to much but it's what i want to do. I see better results in doing stuff how i want then doing stuff that i'm unsure of and don't have confidence in. I'm not saying my rountine is perfect for me but i like to try my own thing.

Stats:
Height 5'10
Weight 137

Goals:
Get bigger and stronger
Weight up to 155-160
Get my bench up because it's so weak.

Some of you will probably look at this and think it's a little off on what body parts i'm working together. My rountine will probably change to adjust for this i just have to decide what i'm going to do.

Here's my routine

Barbell Military Press
Decline Flyes
Barbell Curls
Pullovers
Barbell Shrugs
Dumbell Lateral Raise
Dumbell Press

Concentration Curls
Dumbell Curls

Overhead Extentsion ( behind head)
