Hello all...

back from a 2 week holiday that left me 9 pounds lighter with muscle and water loss

however some positive returns have come from these unfortunate circumstances...

my waist is back down to 33.5 inches and 33.0+- in the morning
this is awesome as it helps to further accentuate the illusion we all are trying to acheive...

my chest is still over 41+ inches or 106 cms+ so that means i have a much better V-Taper which i immediately have noticed makes me look bigger

in the morning yesterday from the airplane flight i was 171+ pounds and felt very small today after workout i have hovered around 174-175+ pounds so its all good!

heavier but with a smaller waist ( aint dat da shait?! )

so this will be an awesome return to the gym oh hell yeah i am fired up!!!

once in New York on my holiday at Gold's Gym i hit up some heavy back work...that helped me cope with all the burger king's and other crap i ate...

now its back to the clean eating im used to and im damned glad!~!
plus crap loads of water obviously which i also have praised
