a little about me. i've been attending a gym since last year. but i didn't know anything about bodybuilding. i saw ppl with good body getting all the respect, all the girls and good job. some of my friends were bangin like 2 chicks a day and getting money at the same time.

i was 230 lbs. 50 lbs overweight. but i started to type in bodybuilding in google and found this site. and it changed my life.i know a lot now than before.i've lost 15 good pounds till i started working out. it isn't much... but it's a start.now i want to loose some fat/built up before my birthday , which is in april 12th my 19th.


my goal is


10-12% bf
maintain weight 215
look ok in wifebeaters and tank (i want to earn the tank )

if i achieve my goal i'm thinking of rewarding myself with

a bouncing job in a club.
getting a tattoe.



my workout routine

monday-upper body
tuesday-lower body
repeat mon/tue
cardio 30 mins 5days/wk

the suppliment i'll be taking.

whey
creatine monohydrate

my diet mainly consists of mainly
Tuna
veggie
rice
fruits.
every three hours.


i will update this thread every week. and will update my current weight and also bf. i think currently it's 22-26% i don't know it's even possible to get down to 10% in 3 months. any advice will be appreciated.
