I've been waiting to get a journal going for a while. Hopefully it'll help me keep everything in check, and maybe get some feedback too. I think I finally got the diet and workout nailed down. Here's how everything looks as of now:

Height: 6'1"
Weight: 145 lbs.
Bodyfat: Estimated 15% (can kind of make out abs)

Weakass 5RM's on the Big 3 before starting:
Bench: 120
Squats: 160
Deads: 155

I'll be running Rippetoe's "Starting Strength" program as long as I'm making gains. Here's what a sample week will look like (A and B will alternate every other day):

Workout A:

Squats: Warm-up 2x5. Working 3x5
Bench: Warm-up 2x5. Working 3x5
Deads: Warm-up 4x5. Working 1x5
Dips: 3x8

Workout B:

Squats: Warm-up 2x5. Working 3x5
Military Press: Warm-up 2x5. Working 3x5
Rows: Warm-up 2x5. Working 3x5
Chin-ups: 3x8

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday:

20 minutes interval cycling on elliptical machine.
Weighted crunches: 2x15
Seated crunches: 2x15

Friday (after regular workout)

DB Curls: 3x8
Tricep Extensions: 3x8

Whey
Casein
Creatine
Fish oil
Multi vitamin
