From PT Slug To PT Stud

about me

welcome to my lil life change in progress. My name is Louis and I'm 21. I stand 5'6 and weigh 220 pounds. yeah I know I'm a fat ass. I'm a PV2 in the united states army. before I joined the army I weighed 230 and I lost over 60 pounds to get in the army, but I've gained it all back over my year in the army. it's is really starting to effect my career. in morning pt when we do run I'm always the first one to fall out, I'm flagged for failing my pt test and being over weight.

why I wanna lose weight

I can remember the different in how I felt and how people treated me when I was 60 pounds lighter and I miss that feeling. even doe I'm engaged and happily in love I still want the opposite sex to look at me and say "Damn he has a nice body". It sucks watching every body else around you getting promoted and you can't because your fat. when I was more in shape I just felt different, anybody who has lost weight in the pass and gained it back knows what I mean. I just walked around with much more confidence and I miss that. I want my wife to be proud of me being her boyfriend. I want her to feel like she is the luckiest woman in the world.

Short Term Goals

Lose Weight - I'm want to get down to 160 and take it from there
Pass Pt Test - I have a pt test in less then a month. I just want to pass that one, but the one after that I want to max it out with 100 push ups and sit ups and run at least a 13 min 2 mile.

Long Term Goals

Become a bodybuilder - I love the whole bodybuilding life and the respect that comes from it.
Become a power lifter - I like being strong and lifting shit that other people can't. also I like the mental part of it
Become a boxer - I took a few boxing classes back at AIT and I feel in love with it.
Run a marathon- I ant to run a number of races.
Become a personal trainer/dietician for over weight teens and young adults

ok I know some of you are like damn he wants to do all that. well I want to that over my whole life time, I have a short attention span. so I plan to one thing at a time but never stay the same. I want to have a room full of trophies from different events.

well i got some time to sleep so i'm comeback later and post my workout plan and some more thoughts. feel free to comment.
