Hey everyone! I'm a 20 year old college student, upcoming Junior. I started moderately working out summer going into college, two years ago. I put on 15 pounds of muscle and went from 165 lbs to 180 lbs. Freshmen year I really didn't work out as much as I should have, maintained the same weight but lost a lot of muscle.
Last summer I also was out of shape. Last fall I started working out again, then during my usual winter illness season (getting between 2-4 bad colds between November and February) i was knocked out of commission and also took some time off of lifting.
Starting last february, I got back into lifting and have been going 3-5 days a week since then.
I am battling belly fat and a fear of cardio. I have been getting better though. I am running more, eating even healthier than before, while maintaining a vigorous workout regimen.
