This journal is basically to help me keep track of progess. i started at 200lbs mostly all fat. i did a low carb/low fat/ high protein diet and got down to 147lbs. now im back up to 169. hoping to gain more weight. my split currently is

chest/bi
quads/traps
off
shoulders/tri
back/hams
off
off

i work full time 6 days a week at a restaurant running up and down stairs all day. i know thats hurting my gains and sometimes i cant even get meals in

19years old
currently 5'11 169lbs.

Multi-vitamin
Fish and Flax Oils
and sometimes GB/WB stack if I can get it in on a empty stomach(1hr without food before gym) rarely though.
