Hi All,

My initial thread and journal was started in losing fat section.

fallowing is my stats...20, 5'8" 180lbs 15% BF.....

my goal is to reach 170lbs and 10% BF...currently I am cutting and doing carb cycling.... here is the link to my first thread....

IMO up to 30-45min of low-moderate intensity cardio is GREAT after lif...
