Yes i am starting a new journal and erasing the old one...why, i dont know.
This journal are just some of the workouts and meals that i will take in on my way to the INBF show that i'm going to do in March of '07.

I been working out for six years now and i began at 185 and now i'm at 255, with a max weight of 270 last June. I am drug-free and i love it. I believe in the contraction and stretch principle to get the fascia to really respond and grow. I hurt my back about 2 months ago deaqdlifting 515 on an uneven floor on my way to trying to break my base deadlift record of 685, at this time my max was at 660.

I will not be posting every workout or every meal, until i'm about 2 months out.

So first i'm going to show all the pics that i have starting with the ones from august of last year, then jan of 06 prior to my show, then my show back in March, and then some recent.

day2-abs
day3-push
day4-abs/cardio
day5-legs
day6/7-off
this gives my tendons optimal time to recover and help me push more weight
