Hi peeps, im new here, anyway these last 3 months ive added 10lbs on to my deadlift and have gone really heavy each time i train and now have a sore lower back the spine no the muscle.
just wondering if anyone ever gets this when they go heavy for a while on the deadlift.

my routine looks like this for back
deadlift
85kg- 5 reps
100kg- 5 reps
115kg- 4 reps
125kg- 3 reps
130kg- 4 reps
136kg- 3 reps

barbell row
70kg- 10 reps
77.5kg- 8 reps
80kg- 6 reps
85kg- 6 reps

dumbbell row
25kg- 8 reps
30kg- 6 reps
35kg- 6 reps

i wanna be a powerlifter so i train for strenght rather than muscle gains. on my deadlift the last to sets are to faliure. tell me your thoughts if you could
