Introduction

I received my Cut Diet book in the mail last week and charted out my plan for the months ahead. Journaliing for me has never worked out - I usually end up forgetting about it/not updating it or just scraping the idea together. Though following others' journals provided a lot of insight, I really need to keep up with this one to get the individual support.

I'm picking up an idea that one of my roommates uses with his diet/workout regime - he establishes a "point system" that grades him each day. If he manages to average an "80% passing score" Sunday through Friday, he earns a "free meal" to use on the weekends (eat modestly, but don't totally overdo it). 10 points come from his daily "Win List," 6 points come from eating each one of his six PLANNED meals, and 4 points come from completing a solid, challenging workout (with partial points in there, too). Looking ahead at the next month and the host of travel and Fraternity meetings I'll have, stocking up a couple "free meals" will be a good goal to push hard and stick to things.

Nutrition . Using my Endomorph calculation, I am shooting for around the Cut Diet 2000 range, though I fall inbetween the 2000 and 2500 plans. I already planned on this week's meals before I "re-read" the "start high and work your way down" section, so next week I'll bump up to the next higher plan.

Workout . Still following Max-OT, but substituting low intensity cardio per book.

Supplementation . Continuing to use Lipo 6. Will add the Scivation package in about a month (need that birthday money!).
