After much pestering from Hola Bola and a few others, i might as well start one. Better late than never. I've been considering it a while, but never really got to it. Here it is then, nothing special.

My diet is pretty unconventional since I'm a Malaysian and most of the foods i'll sometimes mention will be unfamiliar to quite a lot of people. My hectic schedule in the hospital leaves me little time to workout and sometimes i get an average of 4-5 hours sleep per night but i make do with what i can.

The supplements i use are a multivitamin, vitamin c, whey protein, fish oil capsules and lots of good food. I've recorded my past few workouts just to give a rough idea of what i do.

My split is like so:-
Day 1 - Back and biceps
Day 2 - Rest
Day 3 - Chest, shoulders and triceps
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - Deadlift/Squat
Day 6 - Rest
Repeat

I'll start my workouts in the next post.
