Hey everyone I began a work out and eating regimine about 3 week ago starting on 4/14/05. Seeing how well everyone is doing is just an inspiration as to what I hope to accomplish in the future. I wanted to start this journal today to help keep track of my progress and to get suggestions as to what else I could do to cut the fat or gain muscle. I have been weighing in every week here are the results..

Week 1 - 309lbs
Week 2 - 316lbs
Week 3 - 302lbs

I have been weight lifting now about 4 times a week at night when I get off of work. I am adding jumping in a suana suit tonight to help speed fat loss. This will start to be part of my ruetine from now on after I workout. Here is link to some pictures I posted here that are of me a week after I started. I am going to keep posting pictures once a month for as long as it takes to hit my goals which are

Weight 220lbs
BF% under 15
